BAROCCO WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

At Barocco, we take pride in delivering high-quality merchandise to all of our wholesale partners. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy, which applies to all wholesale orders.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds or replacements are offered only for damaged or defective merchandise.

  • Any claims must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
  • Claims reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • Photos and detailed descriptions of the damaged items may be required for approval.

2. Unauthorized Returns & Refusals

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments are subject to the following:

  • 25% restocking fee
  • All freight/shipping charges will be billed to the customer

3. Returned Checks

Any returned check will incur a $50 processing fee.

4. Online Sales Restriction

Purchased Barocco goods may not be resold on any online platform, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, or marketplace websites.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Ensuring the return arrives within the required timeframe

6. Required Documentation

All returns must include one of the following inside the package:

  • A packing slip OR
  • A return invoice generated through our Online Return Portal

8. International Returns

For international wholesale customers:

  • All policies listed above apply equally
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees related to the return

9. Restocking Fee

Unless the return is due to Barocco's error or defective merchandise (reported within 48 hours), all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

10. Final Sale Items

Items sold as Clearance, Final Sale, or Promotional Blowout are non-returnable and non-refundable.
