All designs sold on Barocco Wholesale are originally created by our in-house design team. Barocco owns all rights to these designs. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Reselling Barocco goods on the internet is prohibited at prices below Barocco's official retail website prices.
Barocco Wholesale shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Arbitration:
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and package weight.
Delivery:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carriers. Barocco Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Returns and Claims
Return Policy:
All return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the goods.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Returns must be in original packaging with all original labels and hangtags intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages or Defects:
Any claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted within 5 days of receipt. Barocco Wholesale reserves the right to request photographic evidence of damages.
Refused Packages:
Refused packages will incur a charge equal to 25% of the order value plus 2 times the original shipping cost.
